Passli — Terms of Service

Last Updated: March 23, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Passli ("the Service"), a product of Taylor Design Labs LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Passli is an AI-powered practice exam tool designed to help candidates prepare for real estate licensing examinations. The Service currently covers New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Vermont, New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, with additional states added on an ongoing basis. The Service generates practice questions, mock exams, math drills, study topic reviews, and AI coaching conversations tailored to each state's specific exam format and laws.

⚠️ Important: Passli is a supplemental study aid only. It does not replace the required pre-licensing education from a state-approved real estate school. It is not endorsed by any state licensing authority, the National Association of Realtors, Pearson VUE, PSI, eAccessNY, or any examination provider. Content is current as of 2026 and is reviewed regularly, but you should always verify exam details with your state's official licensing authority.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All practice questions, explanations, and study content are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors, outdated statute references, or inaccuracies. Users should always verify information against their official pre-licensing course materials, state statutes, and examination candidate handbooks.

Taylor Design Labs LLC does not guarantee that using Passli will result in passing any real estate licensing examination.

4. Subscription & Payments

Passli is offered as a monthly subscription service. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Passli only for personal exam preparation purposes. You may not:

6. Intellectual Property

The Passli application, interface design, branding, and underlying code are the property of Taylor Design Labs LLC. AI-generated practice questions are provided for your personal study use only and may not be reproduced or distributed.

7. Data & Privacy

Your study progress, scores, and usage data are stored locally on your device using browser storage. Taylor Design Labs LLC does not collect or store your quiz answers, study history, or performance data on our servers.

Subscription and payment data is processed by Stripe and governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.

For our full privacy practices, please see our Privacy Policy.

8. Content Accuracy & State Coverage

Real estate laws, regulations, and examination content change over time. While we regularly review and update our AI prompts and state-specific data, we cannot guarantee that all content reflects the most current laws or exam formats at all times.

Passli covers states at varying levels of maturity. States that have been live longer benefit from more extensive review and user feedback. Newer states are added with thorough research but may have had less community testing. Regardless of state, all content should be verified against your official pre-licensing course materials, your state's candidate handbook, and current statutes before your exam.

States currently designated as beta within the app are newer additions undergoing additional verification. Beta designation will be removed as content confidence increases. We encourage users to report inaccuracies at team@taylordesignlabs.com to help us improve the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taylor Design Labs LLC shall not be liable for:

Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding any claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe account portal or by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Hampshire.
